- This is an analysis of the Watergate and Clinton scandals prior to Trump’s transformation of the Republican faction from a party to a fascistic cult and before he incited an insurrection to retain power although he lost the 2020 by a landslide. Because of his clear and obvious involvement in that insurrection, and because of the 14th Amendment section 3 of the U.S. Constitution, Trump is not expected to be able to hold public office in the U.S. again if the U.S. Constitution is to remain supreme law of the land (Refer to the statements of Judge J. Michael Luddig and Harvard Constitutional Law Professor Emeritus, Lawrence Tribe, for an elaboration of these details). The Republican party is expected to oppose this position and fail completely in its efforts.
- Trump is likely to be found guilty of violation of the espionage act as well for his refusal to return stolen documents from the National Archives after he was forced from office.
